However, as our website has just launched and due to current customs and tax considerations, we currently only ship to the United States and Canada. We plan to gradually expand to more countries in the near future. Thank you for your understanding and support.
1.How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your specific region. Remote areas may incur additional charges, which we will discuss and confirm with you before shipment.

Please note that shipping fees still apply to free products.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers. Therefore, even if it is a free product, the shipping fee will still be charged.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

Express Shipping Time (Fedex / DHL ): 6-8 Business Days.
Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 Business Days.
Wrong Shipping Information
If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click: TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.

4、Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?
When the product is hand-made in Tibet or Nepal and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.
Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, there is no transport information for inland transport from Tibet or Nepal to the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.
So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.
5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at hello.livewellfinds@outlook.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.
